RequesterWith agents that have been in the business for ages, their zipforms is FULL of old and new contracts. It would be great if there could be a search bar in working docs under Zipforms or any forms platform, so the agents can search for their files instead of having to scroll through 50 transactions

AgentIf you would like for our support team to help out with this we can. We search all active and pending files in Zipforms. I can talk to the product team to see if there is a way to only show a certain amount or the last used, however this is intentional to not limit the user's search.

RequesterThomas - If it can be set it to where whatever the last files they were in, like an active directory, kind of how Zipforms works, that would make it better.

RequesterJanelle,
If you go into Zipforms and "Close" the transaction it will no longer migrate into Skyslope. I realize that may take some time if you have a lot of old transactions, but this is one way to limit the number of transactions coming over!
Hope this helps!
