RequesterI would like options on which emails are sent to me by the system. I utilize the task lists so when I check an item off I get an email from the system that the item has been cancelled.
I know that the item was cancelled because I am the one that checked it off. I know this seems small but as an agent we are constantly bombarded by emails and any chance to cancel out the unnecessary ones is appreciated.
