iOS 11 has been out for a while now, adding the ability to access all documents on the iPhone using a centralized Files app. This is now able to be connected to be apps as well, meaning the "Add Files from phone" button should be able to let agents access their device files, including files in various cloud services. This button opening the photos on the device is about as useless as it gets. Agents need to be uploading PDFs, not jpgs.

Hi Sarah!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for reaching out and providing this feedback. Couple of questions for you -
How often do you find you use the SkySlope app versus accessing SkySlope on a desktop?
Are you using the app on iOS or Android?
Looking forward to your response!
Thanks again and have a great day!
