The property disclosures don't automatically fill in or offer a checkbox for "N/A" on line 146. Additionally, there's no fillable line provided on line 219 for the number of attached pages needing explanation.

Naturally, we all appreciate efficient programs, and this error forces agents to backtrack and ask clients to refill those two lines. Major annoyance.
