Just a suggestion,,, rather than having the first client be the one that fills out the disclosures it would be a lot easier to have a check box for who fills them out. That way if seller #2 wants to fill them out we do not need to swap information and take a chance of incorrectly entering something we could simply check the box for that seller.

Couple of questions for you -- have you had a change in plans on who will be completing a disclosure after sending it out? Have you had instances where each seller may fill out a different disclosure?
