Breeze - Seller needs to make a correction on Disclosures.

We send the Property Disclosures to the seller to complete (using Breeze); they come back to us to "review"; we see that they made an error and need to correct an item (In this case, "1. Title, B: Is the title to the property subject to any of the following?" Yes, Lease or Rental Agreement. Seller checked the "no" box, and it should have been checked "yes". ) How does the seller make the correction?!?! We've re-sent the disclosures 3 times now explaining the corrections that need to be made. Each time, it comes back the same (no changes). Do we start over and send a new disclosure all together? It shouldn't be this difficult, especially if we have to "review" it prior to getting seller's signature. HELP!!

I have this same problem!  It is very difficult to keep a positive vibe going with your clients when these things happen.  I am reluctant to use Breeze unless this can be addressed.  People who are tech savvy get very frustrated with its lack of efficiency and people who are not tech savvy are afraid to use electronic forms and signature programs when they are confusing and don't work properly.
