Signed Breeze Documents

Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Since these forms are used in Breeze with a guided process of answering many questions, the forms are sent back to the agent for them to review and advise if all is answered correctly before having the clients sign directly after. I will document the request for these envelopes to be sent directly to another agent or to the checklist as well!

So I have a questiton about Breeze. I love love being able to send out the addenda to the sellers for completion but why does it not have them sign it at the moment they complete the forms? They come to be unsigned ,then I have to send them back to the sellers for signatures....seems odd to me. 

And, I ditto the above comment. If it could be sent to the Buyer's agent or just to the Skyslope file to be added to the checklist, both would be awesome! 

But I love it overall.

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! While this is not a current capability of Breeze, I think it is a great idea. I know we asked in another post, but I'd like to hear more about your current workflow to see how we can best address copying contacts in Breeze. Can you expand more on the steps you will usually take?

In the meantime, I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments.
