RequesterI do have some concerns with Breeze which are:
If the seller marks "No, None, Don't Know, or N/A" on any of the fields, it should be able to reflect in the Disclosure Statement or any statement. Glide does this for us, and is a bummer that Breeze does not. This is considered an incomplete document that will not be accepted by most agents/brokerages. Please find examples of Breeze and Glide (which I am still using). In this transaction, the property has no fireplace, however, in SkySlope the answer did not reflect on the TDS, and in Glide it did. Glide has a similar concept than Breeze, and makes sure that all fields are completed. Please fix this, since I do want to start using Breeze.
Breeze:
Glide:
2. Everytime the seller adds an explanation, Breeze adds a Text Overflow Addendum which is great but not when the explanation hast two or three words that clearly fit in the explanation section of the Disclosure Statement.
3. For some reason, Breeze sends a copy of the Disclosures to the Seller TWICE. The first copy is sent after the disclosure is completed by the Seller and without signatures. Then, a second copy is sent to the Seller with the signatures. To avoid confusion, please include the signature after the buyer completes their disclosures without having agents review it first. This way the seller will only receive 1 copy which will be the Disclosure with the signature. The process will be faster and cleaner for both seller and the agent.
Please consider fixing these issues as I would like to fully transition from Glide to Breeze soon.
I will keep using Glide until there are more improvements.

RequesterHi Kallie
1. Yes, it would be beneficial that if the seller selects "No, None, Don't Know, or N/A" it reflects in the documents and it's not left blank. You will also see in the previous example how in Glide, it will say "none", "don't know" or "N/A". Again, agents will send this back to us for the seller to finish since it is incomplete and there is no way for other agents to know if the seller said "No, None, Don't Know, or N/A" or if the document was left blank by accident.
2. Breeze sends an email to the seller of the document without the signature and another email with the signature. I would rather have one email be sent to the seller only after the seller has signed. This will avoid confusion. Also, please include signatures after the seller finishes filling out the documents and without me having to re-send the document for signatures. The goal is to have the seller finish filling out the document and sign at the same time.
3. Also, please consider the Text Overflow Addendum request. Again, the feature is great, but when the seller types two or three words that clearly fit in the documents, it is not needed. The Text Overflow Addendum is perfect when there is clearly no room for the seller to type more information.
