RequesterI love being able to send property disclosures via Breeze and the ease with which my sellers are able to fill them out. However . . . . I don't understand why sellers can't also sign the disclosures at the same time. I receive them back with all questions answered but then I have to resend them for signatures. Am I doing something wrong?
