We need a solution for a digital completion of a Seller's Disclosure Notice. Putting hundreds of check boxes each time on a document is NOT practical. Is there a way to do this more simply in Digisign?

To access SkySlope Forms, click the Apps button in the upper right corner, then click Forms. I've included a video here that demonstrates what this workflow looks like - the disclosure in the video is a California form but the workflow will be the same for any state/province.
