Two parts

  1. Your Skyslope email signature should be automatically added to all emails sent to recipients.  This would further verify that the email is indeed coming from you.  Plus, it gives the email a more professional feel.
  2. There needs to be a way to customize AND SAVE email templates that would either automatically pop up on the email page or can be selected in a pull-down list to choose the email template that you would like to use.  Having to rewrite an email template takes a while, and this wasted time could be remedied with an email template either created by Skyslope or the user.  Then, the user would simply have to choose a template, make minor adjustments, and send.  Again, it streamlines the workflow.
