RequesterI have great internet so that's not the problem and it's also affecting clients with screens going blank for several seconds after signing blanks in documents on their computers as well at times. This has been going on for several weeks. I think your servers are overwhelmed and need upgrading or an internet issue on the company side. Please resolve this or let everyone know your plans to make sure all of the glitches will be taken care of.

RequesterIf I have to hear "Clear your cache and cookies" one more time, I'll explode. Not once in 15 years did I have to do that with my last system.
I have gigabit fiber, a Mac Pro that makes most nerds drool, and I still can't get SkySlope to be stable. Spinning loaders that never do anything, cryptic error messages that never let you know if anyone on the back-end has ever been notified, signing sessions that timeout midway through filling out disclosures...You guys have very fast responses for tech support, but you wouldn't need it so much if you would just make it all more stable.
