Recipients who are set up to only 'receive a copy' and not required to sign should be able to review the envelope at the same time as the signer group. Currently the functionality only allows the envelope to be sent to the 'receives a copy' recipient after the envelope has been completed. There are many instances where an approval may be required by a person who is neither a signing officer nor the person who is actually executing the document (a corporate board member for instance or even a spouse or minority shareholder on the sale of a property that is not a matrimonial home). In the current structure, they can only receive a copy if you manually download and send them a PDF separately for review or create an entirely separate envelope. This is a very simple change that can save a lot of time and energy. For reference, the DocuSign platform is set up this way where any party that 'receives a copy' gets the copy that is in process for signing to the parties that are 'needs to sign' and then also receive a copy after completion. That should be the default and at the very least it should be an option.
