Allow organization of envelopes via types/status within individual files (canceled, completed, deleted, etc).

I find myself with many envelopes per file (clients) and even though there is a column that shows their status, I would like to be able to create "folders," or have the system automatically separate them into their perspective categories. This way I can place the "canceled" into a "canceled" folder or, the system will automatically place them into the "canceled" folder so they are out of site since I can not delete them.
