I sent a doc for signing to 7 different people. 6 signed and the 7th, I had the wrong email. I then had to download what was already signed and then start new. I also had to re-enter all the other folks so they could get a copy, and I had to add them as new instead of ones that were already in there. This does not save time or help. I wish I could adjust the 1 email in the envelope instead of starting again, I was able to do this in Transaction desk.

Hi Jerome!
Sorry to hear about your experience. You can actually update the email address for a single (or multiple signers) without having to "correct" the in-progress envelope or start over. Here's how:
One the envelope management screen, locate your specific envelope
Click the 3 dots on the right for that envelope and choose Send Reminder
Click the pencil icon next to the recipient you want to update
Update the name and/or the email address of the recipient and click Save
Click Send Reminder to send an invite to sign to the recipient with the updated changes
