Skyslope Forms allow adding CC to a signature envelope. I sent out an envelope in this manner for signatures from my client and with CC to myself and the Listing Salesperson. However,
The history does not indicate (by a green circle) that a copy was delivered (as it does for signers).
The Audit certificate does not include/indicate that any CC were sent.
The details of the history shows that the documents were not reviewed by the CC person(s) – while in fact, I did receive the completed documents and I did review them.
I think this is a serious lapse, as I am relying on this as being the proof with a timestamp that I had sent out the paperwork to the Listing Agent.
Therefore, required safeguards must be setup (i.e. turn on the audit trail markers) to ensure that this mode of communication can be relied on.

We understand it can be frustrating to find the Security Envelope does not capture CC'd information. I'll get this recorded for our product management team to review and keep you in the loop on any updates!
In the meantime, I wanted to say thank you for your detailed post. We'd like to extend an invitation our Customer Research Group. You'd be among the first to know about exciting opportunities to provide feedback and try new features! Click here to sign up.
