Just about 12 days ago, there was still an auto-generated salutations in the Digisign email notification to sellers for them to sign the document. I did a trial sending to myself.
Then I found out today, that the salutations is no longer in the email. Would you be able to bring this feature back ASAP? It is very helpful especially when 2 signers use a single email address. It helps them identify quickly which email "Get Started" link they need to click for them to sign with their names.
Hoping this gets immediate action. Thank you.

I feel as though this makes sense, as if you've edit the message you may have started with something like Hi John or what not so it doesn't want to display Hi John, Hi John - message etc. But I agree with the original poster this doesn't help when sending the envelope to multiple people as there is only a single message field.
Perhaps the solution is to display the tags in the message body. for example
Hi [client first name],
Your documents are ready to sign
So that we could choose to leave that to do it's thing, work around it, or remove it when editing the message body?

Hi there Deanna,
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! I did some tests and it appears that the auto-salutation populates when the default envelope message is not changed. I've reached out to our team to confirm if it is intentional to remove the greeting when customizing the message. In the meantime, I've recorded your feedback and I will keep you updated on what I learn!
