Issues with missing signatures and incorrect dates

We are having major issues with forms and digisign not putting signatures where they should go, signatures not coming up where they were added, and the dates on things being changed. We sent out a request for repair last night and it changed the date prepared to today, even though it was sent out last night.  The TOA that was attached to the RR had buyer’s signatures on it, but when it went to them there was no signature that showed up.  There was also a read only text box that was added to the top of the TOA that said RR-1.  It did not show up when buyers signed.  THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE!!!!!  Anyone else having the same problems? Any ideas on how to correct?

I've pointed out that signature-spot holders are missing where they should.  The team should review all forms - I'm not saying this may be easy - but there is no short cut if you want to make the system reliable.  Otherwise I still need to review all spots to see if Skye was napping. :))
