I am in the middle of preparing an envelope for signatures. I got to the point of clicking Prepare signatures and then from the popup selected the people who needed to sign and clicked on OK which resulted in an error saying something like "Unable to communicate with Digisign" and the envelope never went to the next step.
I tried closing the envelope and trying to click on prepare signatures again, only now after the person popup when I click on OK, the button just sits there with the spinner on it. Clicking outside of the window takes me back to the window where forms are prepared before signatures.
I have tried logging out and back in again as well as trying in an incognito window, all with the same result that the envelope seems to be stuck now and I can't prepare this file to send to my client.
This is on chrome on a mac.
If anyone has any ideas on how to address this or how to go about fixing this, I would really appreciate it.
