RequesterHi, I'm a TC for 11 brokers in my company. I have my own TC account with SkySlope. I also have access to all brokers that I serve. I frequently send DigiSign requests to their buyers and sellers on their behalf. They prefer this come from their SkySlope account and not mine.
Where SkySlope falls short: I always cc myself so I can receive the completed document. However, I do not receive a copy of the initial request and the message I include (DocuSign does this). Why is this important? Because I want to keep the message details that are included in the DigiSign. If I am not cc'd on the request when sent, then I do not receive a copy of this.
Can you change this in your system? Half of my clients still use DocuSign and this is one of the reasons why.
Thank you!

RequesterChoices are always good I suppose Lisa, but digisign has come a long way in a short time. There's work to do for sure but I'd rather see them continue to improve it rather than have us pay for a third party service to supplement the included service.

RequesterMaybe just add Docusign as a signing choice in "addition" to the DigiSign??

RequesterAgreed, Valerie! The ability to make changes to your envelope, including adding or removing docs, is so huge. Please, Skyslope! Make this happen.

RequesterI agree with this feedback! Other features that DocuSign has is Template Tool Bar (some text are repeated and having a template is great), Color Coated text ( sometimes you want information to stand out) Lastly, a feature that allows you delete forms while already in Digisign, currently we are having to cancel the Digisign and remove the forms that dont apply then go back to Digisign.

RequesterProd Squad,
I am a TC and can answer your question. When you use Docusign you can CC parties so that they receive an email informing them they are CCed on the forms in question... before the forms are signed. It serves as an alert to all involved parties that the doc is out for signature. It's good for communication among teams.
In Skyslope, you only get the CC at the end, when the doc has been signed. This means I am responsible for an extra step as part of my process. I send the forms for signature out of Skyslope and then have to go back to my email to let my agents know that I have sent those forms for signature. It would be much easier if they received a message through Skyslope when I hit send on the envelope, so they would be aware that it's out for signature.
This is how Docusign works.
