So, when canceling an envelope already sent to the Signer, can the Subject Line in the email state the Name of the initial email send to the Signer verses the statement below:

Subject: This document has been canceled.

The subject line or the content does not provide the Signer of what is being deleted; therefore, they panic thinking they are missing something important or that they should be aware of.  The automatic email should pull the initial email SUBJECT and state that is was canceled by the Sender.  Just like when they receive the initial envelope and after signing.

Just learned that there is no option to remove a cancelled doc from the view page in DigiSign. So if I understand correctly, once a document has been sent it can never be removed from view even once it is cancelled and a transaction is null and void.  I can understand that a doc cannot be deleted, however, an inactive doc should be removed from view. Why does it have to remain on the view page only to clutter the active envelopes. Another option is to allow for the subject line to be changed or coded so inactive envelopes perhaps fall to the bottom of the view page where they can remain without interfering with the function of the active envelopes.

Further to this, Can we get a prompt for wether we even want a cancelation notice to go out? I can invision many a time where I want to cancel and envelope silently, maybe i'm cleaning up old files that never got signed for example and I don't want to prompt a question from the client, I just want to quietly close the file.
