Adding a Form to an Existing Envelope in Digisign

It would be nice to add a form to an existing envelope before you send it for signatures. Sometimes, we have to add in forms we didn't know about to a file (addenda, disclosures that get sent late), it would be nice to be able to upload them into the envelope without having to redo the entire thing. I just spent 30 mins filling out an envelope and one of the forms did not upload properly into Digisign (not sure how or why). It has a huge logo on the page, see below. I have to send 2 envelopes to this client rather than upload the page again.

A year since this was requested, with multiple people continuing to ask for it, and here I am trying to do it myself as well, but it was never done? What's with all the "thanks for the feedback" but not actually implementing it!? I am in the middle of this right now and now I am going to have to start over from scratch because I missed one stupid form that when I used DocuSign could just add right in and go about my business. This is beyond frustrating that it's not a feature and even more so now that I see it's been asked for by other users in the past!

Agreed!! Our office would love to see this as well! Apparently it happens quite often where an agent needs to add a form to the already created envelope.

It happens all the time! In docusign I did this all the time. There's a lot going on or more docs come in after you've already set up an envelope. Clients prefer to sign things all at once and we should be able to do this!

Probably half the time... However, I usually wait to go to the signature page now because I'm trained to know I can't edit the documents at that stage. It's been slowing down our teams processes quite a bit to be honest. If I was able to edit documents at any stage in the envelope (even after it's been sent) that would be a HUGE help. :) I would use that feature DAILY. Thanks for considering thing change!

Quite often. I have some forms with multiple draft envelopes. I go back later and delete them. Sometimes, I would like to prep my files while waiting on additional documents from the seller's agent but that's a waste of time cos then when I get the document, I have to start over. Adding new recipients or signers is another one.
