We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterHello.
We function as a cohesive team, with Skyslope configured within my email as the administrator to receive notifications about missing documents and other related matters. However, as we gradually incorporate DigiSign into our workflow, Chris Bailey no longer receives these notifications. Consequently, I'm responsible for forwarding everything to him, or he must continually monitor the log. It would be convenient if we could set up notifications to be sent to two email addresses.
Thanks

AgentHello!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. To confirm, are notifications affected across SkySlope or just for DigiSign?
As a workaround for DigiSign, you can add any emails that need to receive a completed packet to the setting "Receives a Copy of Signed Documents." Once all parties have signed, the contact will receive a copy of the completed envelope.
Thanks again and have a great day!
