Digisign Directs to Forms

Hi Bailey, thanks for reaching out! I am referring to the Digisign button from the Documents tab in the Skyslope file. If we (I work as a TC) received a document that needed signatures it’s much easier to drag and drop that into documents and then click digisign (pulls all of the contacts for the file as well as the entire history of contacts that we have sent to previously - our managing PB for example) than to load to the Forms file which doesn’t always have the most up to date contacts (other agent, title, the Managing PB etc).

I made another comment regarding how much easier it would make it if the Skyslope file contacts also translated over the Forms file.

Overall, my main wish is that the  Skyslope Checklist and the Forms File were connected to each other rather than the Forms File only connecting to the Checklist. For example, editing a contact in the checklist also edited it in the forms file. The digisign function of forms also pulled the historical contact data from past digisign use.

We as a team love the updates but there are some definite drawbacks and duplication of work that needs to happen in order to utilize the new systems.
