I really wish you would put out a survey to current digisign users for input on the "new" digisign. The new program is TERRIBLE! It is counter intuitive and takes twice as long to use as the original. Newer is not always better and in this case, much, much worse on every level. I do not know a single useer that likes the new version. Everyone I have asked hates it. Take a survey (unless you are scared to hear the results) and I thnk you will find that a large majority of users will agree with me!

I 1000% agree that this version is horrible. The previous version visually was easier to use. I get it that someone thought they were being fancy with the layout here, but it does not function as well. And things that were easy to find previously no longer are within the transaction. I was a big advocate of Skyslope and was basing a potential brokerage move on whether or not that was the program they were using and now I hope it isn’t. The only thing that has recently improved in. Skyslope is the ability to start a Buyer file now that we have to have the agency agreement ahead of time however even in that it’s showing that all of my buyer files that were buyers have required listing documentation and that could be an error that my office hasn’t set up yet.

But overall, the new platform is terrible. First we lost Homesnap and was replaced with homes.com which is total garbage. I literally use Zillow over that and I now can’t access anything while out with my clients and now Skyslope is also garbage. Ugh.

I agree. The new digisign is so much more work. It is impossible to get an esign out in a hurry.

From start to finish! If oyu have 3 people signing, it puts me 1st and while I like to be first, when signing a contract I only sign once or twoice while the client signs dozens tfor times, so it takes multiple clicks. When I click to have some onesign, the blue, tan, green or puplle box is directluy on top of where the signature goes. You can not get rid of the box. There are just a few of the issues I have. It is very confusing and totally counter intuitive. Once agin, take a survey of current users. Please? I think you will be amazed at the results. I look forward to talking to your product engineer on Monday when I can pull up a contract. It WAS such a user friendly, intuitive product, now it is neither.

Difficult Adjustment? It takes twice as many clicks to do anythig! My elbow is sore (seriously) from doing a contract!  PLEASE survey users. I do not know of a single person that likes the :new and improved" digisign. I would eb glad to talk to anyone (porduct engineer?) Once again if you surver users, I am certain that a large majority (if not all) would agreet that this is the absolute worst redesign they have ever seen.  Read the feedback!

I agree, seems to be getting worse, not better, can't load documents, digisign is spinning, our whole admin team hates it.
