I hate to complain, but the new DigiSign is terrible  ! The old one was intuitive and easy to use, this one is clunky and not user friendly at all. I have to resend an entire envelope to people that have already signed in order to correct one email ! 

Please go back to the old system, it was 100X better.

I agree. I don't know of anyone in my office that prefers the new digisign. I would love to see someone in development send out an esign. Not a demo showing 2 clicks of a feature but truly send a full esign, taking a contract and attachments of 10 plus pages, have multiple signers, lots of initials on each page, and demo how you can get it done faster.

I totally agree. It's terrible. Please go back to the older version. Faster and more aesthetically pleasing. Come on Skyslope listen to us!!! WE ALL HATE IT.

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! The new digi sign STINKS!! It is so cumbersome and it takes 20 times longer to do than before.  The old system is a million  times better and easier to use than this new version.  Why do you always have to change things when the system works fine. Just leave it the way it was please!

Leslie, I agree.  I have tried multiple times this morning to send documents, and neither Firefox or Google work.  Its show and extra steps to do a simple job .   The old version worked much better and every day I am having issued with this new update.  Dislike very much !
