This may sound a little picky but -- when you are getting a document ready to be signed - their are people who need to sign -- and you can click that the agent on the other side of the deal Recieves a Copy -- this is GREAT because as soon as its signed it's automaticlly sent to the other agent - LOVE THIS! We dont have download, attach to another email ect -- it is an awsome feature BUT -- the email the other agent gets is very confusing -- Im not sure I would open it if I were on the other side of the transaction, I wouldnt realize what it was. -- The subject line says:
Envelope completed: You have documents to sign
Id be thinking - I dont have anything to sign and delete the email...
Id be thinking -- I didnt send any docs off to be signed and I dont have Skyslope so this must be spam and Id delete it.
First most important- that subject line needs to read something to the affect that there is a document for your review - or "[Agents Name} has a document for your review.- or somehow put the title of the document in the subject line with the statement they need to review...
Second would be nice- Could there be a box to Over Write the subject and the body just like you have for when the document is ready to send out to the client for signatures?

I agree! The subject line for completed documents should not say "You have documents to sign".

Hi Jane,
Tyler from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for the feedback this is a great call out! I can definitely see how the messaging on those emails can be confusing or not have the necessary context. I will document this feedback and pass it along to the DigiSign team! I will also continue to monitor this post for upvotes and feedback.
