You should have a chat support option easier to find. When you are having a problem using the system you need help right away and there is not a chat option that i see on your skyslope support page. You should also post a message when the system is having problems and let people know when it is back up and running.

That would be an awesome option! I'm on a Desktop browser so I just opened another tab and opened Skyslope again to find the Support icon. But it would definitely be much easier to have the support button at the top when you're already in Digisign.
