Why can we only upload documents as PDFs, kills the workflow to have to go convert to PDF first. Also, when a image is converted to PDF and then uploaded to DigiSign, please have it resize to something more manageable than the potential 300DPI image that it is.

I agree with Justin Ippoliti. The old DigiSign would easily accept Word documents. Now when I upload a simple one page Word doc, the new DigiSign system makes it two pages and breaks sentences in to 2 and 3 parts, which looks really unprofessional. It's excessive to have to save the document as a PDF to add to the signing program, in order to avoid DigiSign from reformatting the Word doc incorrectly.
If this paragraph looks wonky, it's because this is how our Word docs are being received in the DigiSign platform. Please correct.
