RequesterAn elderly client of mine was prompted to sign a document through digisign. It's really important that this be user friendly for older people who don't understand technology. When she was asked to pick one of the available signature styles, she could pick one, but didn't know what to do next. This is because she couldn't see the continue button on mobile without scrolling down, and it wasn't obvious that she had to scroll down. Therefore, we had to send the document to her using a different signing platform altogether. Just something as simple as that can prevent this platform from being usable for a large number of people.
