The new digisign templates does not allow for templated messages and automatically supplies its own one sentence response. This is annoying, I like to explain in my own words what the packet contains and now it won't even let me copy paste due to a character limit.

Hi Bailey, I'm a realtor that uses several generic cover letters. They were a part of the 'send' section of my templates in the previous digisign. Accessing a template that is ready to 'send', allows for speed and efficiency- which is the point of digitally signing. Thank you for considering my request to add this function back to the software.

As Tammy says I have several packets that I created templated cover letters for depending on what’s included. The previous digisign allowed me to not only add a message template but to format it to my liking with spaces dividing up my message for an easier read. Now even the those spaces are included in your character limits forcing me to edit out important details. The cover letters for the specific packets I send never changes and I would like to be able to have those included in my premade templates.

Hi Bailey,
Thank you for responding. My office uses DigiSign for three main processes. With each process we send out a different "cover letter" with details on how to proceed. Although, the verbiage is similar it is not the exact same verbiage every time. The old DigiSign system was very compliant and there was no issue with copying and pasting the info.
Thanks Tammy Mills Wallace Real Estate Broker / Property Management Director

Hi Rachel and Tammy! Bailey from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Question for you both, do you have typical verbiage templates you like to send every time or does it vary depending on what is included? I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. Thanks again and have a great day!

I agree 100% with Rachel Weisman. This is the most frustrating situation. The message box needs to accept more characters and let us copy and paste easily. Currently, within the DigiSign character limits I have to cut and paste by paragraph, then rearrange the sentences to make the message fit. Very frustrating!!!
