RequesterHello. I have a suggestion for effective dates. For the states that I cover, the effective date does not happen until the last party has signed and the contract has been delivered. So if i send my client a p&s today and they don't sign until tomorrow and I had put the effective date in there when I sent it to them, that date would be wrong. Is there a way (or can there be a way) to add that effective date after everyone has signed without erasing signatures? I am a former user of another forms package, and the way we were able to do that was to create a "flat" document so we could add the date but it wouldn't erase anything. Thank you!

AgentHi Heather,
Tyler here from the Product team at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback! Can you confirm which states have this requirement? In your workflow, how often is it that the contract is not signed until the following day therefore making the effective date not accurate? We will continue to monitor this post in the future!
Thank you!
