Too many clicks

I'm confident this will be addressed soon because other agents will agree...

The new system needs to bring a feature from the old system, that is, once the user has clicked on "initials", they can go from page to page to place the box for the initials.  The new system has us clicking "initials" for every box, so a form requiring two sets of initials on 16 pages means a total 64 clicks on that form (plus those for signatures and dates).  I'm using a mouse pad.  My fingers are beginning to cramp.  I'm confident you'll find a way...

That would certainly help but again creates more steps than you had with the old digisign. With the previous version, you could click initial one time and then go down the pages and wherever you clicked, the initial box would be dropped. If you keep the version you have now, you have to click initial, click on the page and draw the size of the initial box where you want it, click copy, then click where you want on the page, then with your suggestions, click paste. This at minimum creates 3 added clicks to do the same thing as before.

Hi Dana!

Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback!

  • Would it be beneficial if the paste option was placed where ever you click on the page?

Thanks again and have a great day!

The copy/paste feature does not work correctly and even in the video response Skyslope posted, it shows this. When you hit paste, it doesn't paste the initials anywhere where you want them to go. You have to search for where the initialed pasted, (could be anywhere throughout the document no rhyme or reason to where it pastes) then drag the initials to the correct spot. Technically you can't even click "paste" using the paste button because that option disappears once you scroll to a new page, you have to paste using Control V. However, since it doesn't paste the initials in the correct spot, I have found that I just click initial, then draw the initial EVERY time and like Mary said, this can take a ridiculous amount of clicks. I don't understand why we have to draw the size every time too.

Hi Mary!

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. We appreciate you reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I can assure you that this is on our team's radar and we will provide an update once we can!

In the meantime, I'd like to suggest a workaround. Are you aware of the new copy and paste feature available? You can select more than one field at a time and use keyboard shortcuts or the action bar on the left to copy. Check out this gif where I copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+P):

Thanks again and have a great day!
