  1. You should be able to assign "roles" within digisign templates that pull from a transaction/property.  For example, right now if you assign a role, then select a property when you create the envelope, it creates a new 'blank' agent field even if there is an agent assigned on the property. it should auto fill the role. otherwise what is the purpose of the role?
  2. You should be able to pre-fill a role's contact info if it is always the same person. You can do this in docusign currently. for example, all of our CDA's get sent to a specific email in our brokerage for signature. this requires the agent to have to type it in every time now since digisign does not have the option to prefill the role.
  3. Whenever you set up a template to be filled, if you dont set it up as "read only" and add a space bar, when you send it out for signature you have to keep clicking next to be able to sign. you should be able to just click the signature button and 'submit' instead of having to hit next through every single field before you can sign. you can also do this in docusign where you can just go click the signature field and complete.
  4. once you select your signature/font one time in digisign, you should not need to submit it more than one time. once you select it that is your default vs having to select font every time you receive an envelope to sign.
