Allow Edits in DigiSign

I see that a post 2 years ago asked the same question that I am about to ask...why do we have to lose everything when we delete an envelope for signature?  A box may be skipped, a signature line missed being tagged and to correct 1 or 2 items, we have to now complete the ENTIRE envelope and tag everything again.  Some files have 50 or more pages!!!!!!!  This is a waste of time.  I am the broker owner and  have encouraged my agents to use the complete Skyslope platform, including the forms and digisign.  They are so mad, as are the TC's that they are now reverting back to zip forms and Docusign, which does not have this problem!  

PLEASE fix this glaring problem.....

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! We understand that it can be frustrating when something doesn't work as expected. Couple of questions for you - are you using DigiSign on its own, or through SkySlope Forms? The version of DigiSign available via SkySlope Forms does not have the ability to edit an envelope at this time, but there is in the current standalone version of DigiSign! Check out the gif at this link on how to correct an envelope. We will be sure to keep you up to date on any enhancements to the version of DigiSign associated with Forms!
