You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterThe Digisign Platform is totally unnecessary. If you made it so agent-level users could upload raw docs into Forms Templates and then add signature spots, text spots, etc and map their own docs (like how DotLoop works), it would simplify the platform and make the separate Digisign login/dashboard unnecessary. Instead, if we want to map our MLS docs, we have to beg our broker to request Skyslope do it and deal with red-tape and corporate bureaucracy whereas we could just do it on our own in an hour if you just updated the platform to be more user-friendly and customizable.
DocuSign sucks b/c it's overly complicated and inefficient. ZipForms sucks because it's overly-complicated and inefficient. Skyslope sucks because it's overly-complicated and inefficient. Dotloop sucks, but it's better than the competition so I keep paying for it. It's a shame b/c Skyslope could be much better than the rest.
Lastly, relying on users to post suggestions and then waiting for people to take time out of their lives to sort through hundreds of suggestions and up-vote what they would like to see is bullsh*t because the top-performers who WOULD use this platform the most don't have the time of patience for this crap. So here's my suggestions that no one will up-vote or pay attention to.

AgentHello Main Street Realtors Team!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. We know it can be frustrating when things don't work as expected. We agree that the users are the best source of information for all things SkySlope! We currently have an ongoing list of users who we reach out to for feedback in all stages of production in the manner you described above. May I add you to this list? Our DigiSign product manager is speaking with users now - I will follow up with you via email!
Thanks again,
Charleigh, Product Operations

RequesterI took the time to upvote this and in fact, I'm taking time out my day today in order to figure out if problems I have/solutions I want have been suggested and SO MANY HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUGGESTED. I'm not sure why it's taking so long for this stuff to be implemented. You have a wealth of knowledge on best practices from actual agents with regards to functionality, how things actually need to work. It's there to be tapped in to, but it feels like it's not happening. Designing tech based on theory IS NOT THE SAME AS USING IT IN THE REAL WORLD. Skyslope has so much potential. But it's so cumbersome, and it's confusing, and it's not user friendly.
That being said, I disagree with the original post because I find DocuSign to be the only useful signing platform, and then Zipforms next because of the auto placements. DigiSign needs SO MUCH WORK. There is so much wrong with it.
Host a panel or conference or something and invite users/agents/brokers -- then implement the requested changes in a timely manner.
Thank you,

AgentHi Dustin!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and provide us with this feedback! I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. I can assure you our team is actively considering ways to make the Forms/DigiSign experience more user friendly beyond suggestions on the forum. We also take the time to review posts and comments on this forum on all business days.
That being said, I think that your suggestion is a great idea! The ability to map your own forms would certainly cut down on processing time. Couple of questions for you -
Thanks again and have a great day!
