You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. RequesterI called the wonderful support team today regarding a competitor's feature that would be so grand to help manage our firm. We were using this feature before we moved to Skyslope.
.
When with DocuSign, as an administrator, I could do a "email-merge" to all or to a selected group of our staff and the envelope would be delivered to the selected as though they were individuals. Then the individual would e-sign and that would create a separate reply from the individual.
.
Scenario: The office creates a new policy, or there is a state license law regulation change that affects licensees. By sending a mass-e-signature, each selected person would read the "letter or document" then at the end of the document, we would insert a "sign here". The individual will e-sign as a receipt that they had received the document and had read it. It would then come back to us and into their personnel file.
.
It was a great way to confirm important messages.
