When agents have a listing, and they now need to upload paperwork into the transaction side with the buy-side details, there is no way for them to do that without starting a new envelope and re-entering all the info they had to do beforehand. When it comes to forms that do not need signatures, such as the Romio Input Form, this is very frustrating for them to have to redo everything.
Will there be functionality built in soon that will allow the agents to add info into forms after they’ve been DigiSigned, or to duplicate one after they’ve had the Listing info added so that they can update for the buy side and send directly into the Skyslope transaction?

Hey Charleigh,
The feedback is helpful, and the tips... For some reason, when my forms are linked to file, they don't actually populate the file information. I have to do it everytime.

Hi Katy!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Couple of question for you - which Forms library(s) do you typically experience this in? To avoid having to input seller information twice in Forms, there are two potential workarounds. The first is to add buyer information to the Seller file once the transaction has begun. This will have the file remain linked and send documents directly to the SkySlope file as you mention. The second is to make a copy of the forms file, and then add buyer information. In the meantime, I've recorded this feedback and monitor this post for comments and upvotes.
