Re-using Templates

I found out that you cannot re-issue a template after it's been applied. This needs to change. The template I used was outdated and needed to be updated. So I deleted all the items in the template that were added and fixed the template, only to find out it could not be reapplied. Please fix this. A warning would much better be appreciated if someone were to upload the same template twice, but in this case, it's causing an unnecessary hiccup.
