RequesterThe current design of templates is a good start but it doesn't go far enough in reducing the repetitive nature of some forms. Dotloop, Docusign and Zipforms templates allow the user, when creating a template to assign tasks according to certain roles (like checkmarks, text, radio buttons, initials, etc.) to client #1 or #2 for example from the template.
Examples of roles might be: Listing agent ,buyer agent, processor, seller, buyer, tenant, landlord, etc.
Then when you are applying the template to an actual file the assignment of a role would allow you to say that seller #2 must answer these questions, listing agent must answer these other questions etc.
Creating this functionality in the template would eliminate the need to have to manually create checkbox, text, initial fields each time you take a template and apply it to an actual file.
thanks
