Requesterhello, overall very happy with Skyslope, but just to issues of noticed:
1) when someone is in the screen to review and sign a PDF document, often the text looks garbled,
2) I don't recall this happening before, but now it seems like when somebody is signed, I received two confirmation emails. Not a big deal, just odd

We are working on rolling out a new version of DigiSign that I believe will resolve these issues. We appreciate your patience! As a workaround for now, you can send documents out from SkySlope Forms (which has an experience similar to the new version of DigiSign), or we recommend reaching out to our Support Team when the document is looking garbled.
