Selected tool should stay active until switched

When assigning signatures/initials, whichever tool is selected should stay active until it's manually switched.

For example, I add initials to each page of the 'Protect Your Family From Lead...' pamphlet. As it functions now, after each placement I need to go back to the top and select Initials again, instead of the Initials tool staying active as I scroll.

Ah, I didn't realize copy & paste would work that way.

That does sort of resolve the issue, but the pasted box doesn't populate wherever the cursor is from what I just tried, it pastes closer to the previous box. So there's some pasting and dragging. If the tool stayed selected, you could just click right where you want it.

At the very worst, this is an extremely minor inconvenience. But these little things make a big difference and really speed things up when working on multiple files in a day.

Thanks!

Thank you for confirming, Mike! I understand what you mean. I've documented this additional feedback for our DigiSign team - would it be alright if they reach out to you directly if they have any additional questions?

Have a great day!

Hi Mike!

Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! I've documented your feedback here and we'll monitor this post for upvotes and comments. I wanted to confirm - have you tried highlighting the signature/initial box and using copy/paste? I think this might alleviate the issue but please let me know if you run into any issues with that workflow!
