RequesterCheck box function does not work. Only way to put a check box on a doc is to use text feild and enter an "X"

RequesterI have already contacted support and that is how my comment wound up here. I usually do not have the time or patience to trouble shoot bugs and defects epsecially when I have a work around, but I periodically contact support and call the matter to their attention.
I must not be explaining the problem correctly so let me try one last time with some additional details which hopefully will help you understand.
When we recieve an offer or counter offer from a buyer's agent it is already in a fixed PDF format. The "subject to box" is not and can not be checked because the party responding must make the decision to counter or not. (They may wish to accept the offer or counter offer in which case they would sign the document and leave the box unchecked)
However, if the responding party wants to counter back (which is usually the case), the "subject to" box MUST be checked. The DigiSign program appears to have a check box feature which would enable the responding agent to place a check box over the "subject to" box, but it simply does not work. The only work around is as I have previously described.
I hope this helps you better understand the problem but if you can't fix it that's fine. I will continue to use the work around.

AgentHi Annette and Lance!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. It looks like the feedback you have is a little different, so I'll address it individually!
Lance, please reach out to our support team with the name of the form and library. They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117. This sounds like it may be something the Forms team is able to address in a timely manner!
Annette, at this time, auto-populated DigiSign fields can only be marked required if they can be grouped (ie: yes/no answers). As a work around, if there is more than one checkbox, you can adjust the number of required checkboxes. Forms also has a "checked by default" feature for checkboxes that you may be able to utilize.
Thank you both! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any additional feedback!

RequesterI'm not sure if Annette is describing the same problem.
By way of example: When preparing a counter offer the "subject to" box MUST be checked on the original offer or previous counter offer. This is not optional. The DigiSign check box feature simply does not work. Short of printing a hard copy of the counter offer form and checking the box with a pen, the only work around for this limitation is to create a text field over the check box and place an X in the text feild.

RequesterI am having the same problem as the above user. Lance Frank. When loading forms for signature in Skyslope Forms, then preparing for signature/date/time/check-box. Once the envelope is sent to client, the check box is allowed to be optional/bypassed...to finish the signing.
The check boxes are often broker required and as an agent we look less than professional going back for a "check mark"
Thank you for any assistance!
