RequesterWhen our clients sign a document can the email be changed to not say "Congratulations, all parties have signed!"... The term "all parties" is very misleading. We've had multiple occasions where 2 sellers sign a document which we then need to send to the buyer's agent for that agent to present it to their buyers. However, when the sellers see that email come through they think that literally all parties have signed it, meaning both the buyers and the sellers. They don't realize "all parties" is just referring to the 2 sellers we digisigned that form to. Every time our client has misinterpreted this email, they've come back to us either days or weeks later very angry because they found out a document wasn't accepted by the buyers even though they got the email saying all parties have signed it.
