Is there a way to directly import multiple signed documents from the envelope section of a file directly to a new transaction to satisfy checklist documentation without having to download them and upload them all?

Hi Lee,

Thank you so much for reaching out! At this time, there is not a way to link a Forms file to an already created transaction. As a potential work around to avoid having to upload the documents, you can email them to your file. You can find the email address in the file details header. Emailing to that address will add the documents to the Documents tab.

Is there a way to go to the transaction and link to an envelope in forms?  At the time of doing the transaction, I did not have all of the documents put together that are required and it is cumbersome to download everything then upload it into the transaction.

Thanks

Hi Erin!

Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out!

If you create a file in SkySlope Forms, then create a property file (listing or transaction) in SkySlope, the system will ask you if you'd like to use you Forms file data to create the property file. After doing so, all fully executed documents from completed Forms envelopes will automatically populate in the Documents tab of the property file. From there, you can assign those documents directly to the Checklist. I've included a video tutorial here for your reference.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime. Have a great day!
