I just discovered that as the Broker/Owner I don't have access to see the DigiSign packets on my agent's transactions without having to log into their account using their credentials. In ZipForms it's easy to assume their identity from my Broker Admin panel so I can easily monitor ALL MY transactions. I say that because as the Broker they are all my transactions, legally and practically. What prompted the call is that I have a transaction where I am also the listing and selling agent on a file and while my TC was unavailable I wanted to check the status of a packet that was sent out for signatures. I was shocked that I couldn't see the status of my own file, that my TC, who I hired and works for me, is the only one who can see that information. Frankly, that's absurd. The help desk told me it was a privacy issue, that the agent may have other documents in there for signatures that I shouldn't be privy to. Are you serious? This is my company and I pay for this program to be used for my business so there is NOTHING that I shouldn't easily have access to.

Requester
3 years ago you made the request, has anything changed Chris?
I have the same issue. Manging brokers should be able to see every aspect of what is going on in our name. There should be NO privacy issues, you are using my company provided tool, all aspects of it should be viewable by me. If you want to use it for private stuff, you should use something else.
