Our office and community have PDF disclosure forms that are required for every transaction. It would be nice to have these already added to the Skyslope Template feature.
AND, once these PDFs are added to the Template it would be nice to have a feature where we can annotate a form by adding the address, highlights and texts.
AND, when an Inspection Report or other document is added to a file, we should be able to also annotate (stamp for signatures) that document. It should then be assigned to the Skyslope folder that will hold that document. IE - Home Inspection - stamped and signed by all parties and then upload automatically in to the "Home Inspection" Skyslope file spot.
Having this all streamlined from one spot is going to save us agents so much time!
Thank you for working on this new feature!

Hi again Jill!
I'm following up to let you know we've released a solution for the first part of your inquiry - brokers and agents can now upload external PDFs into a Forms template! Simply click the template you'd like to edit, then click the "Upload Documents" button at the bottom of the page.

Hi Jill!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for your feedback! I have documented this feedback for our Forms team to review, and we'll also continue to monitor this post for up-votes and comments.
Currently, you can add external PDFs into a template, but you would have to start by uploading them into a particular Forms file first, then choose "Save as Template". Our team is currently looking into a solution to allow for uploading PDFs at from the Create Template page. Please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime at 1-800-507-4117 x2 or at [email protected] and they'd be happy to walk you through this process step by step!
