Requester1. Separate emails for each signing party - In DocuSign you can send a custom email to each signing party.
2. One PDF after signing - The ability/option to download all completed documents in 1 combined PDF rather than a ZIP file with separate documents. And/or attach the PDFs in the email notifying the agent that all signatures are complete which will make it WAY easier if forwarding. Downloading is just an unnecessary step.
3. Import MLS data takes too long - When importing listing data from the MLS using the import tool, only listings that have been on for more than a day or two show up. In this market with offers needing to be written within hours of a new listing, we need listing data to be available as soon as possible.
4. TCS Transaction Cover Sheet doesn’t carry over data. If you populate this sheet with data, it doesn't carry over to other documents and forms.
5. Force other documents to be added automatically when checked in a contract. Addenda, forms, etc. that are checked in a purchase agreement should automatically be added into transaction. This would save a step from us having to go add them in manually.
