I have some agents in our office that would like to get reminders emailed to them when someone still hasn't signed.

I would like this option as well. As our staff people often send multiple docs out for multiple agents, it's hard to remember to keep bugging the signers to complete it. It would be nice if we could set a reminder in our profile that "Remind me every XX hours/days when a document I have sent has still not been signed" or something along those lines. Thanks.

Yes, the reminders and expiration should be customizable and optional. For notifications, just use the same email notification options you have now.. add them to the options area.

When setting up the envelope we should have options to add automatic reminders every X # of days.. and then also an expiration date that if it goes unsigned by that date it cancels the envelope.. this is a basic function that needs to be added. And it should notify the creator that I reminder was sent and if it expires.
