Concerns with reliability of Digisn

One of the items I’d like to discuss is a serious concern with the unreliability of Digisign & the email feature.  When a document is added for the second time, (needed changes to the original file & then was re-sent for initials etc) the file becomes larger & Digisign really struggles to add the file.  Sometimes it is impossible to load it at all.  This happens on a regular basis with larger files.  We then have to flatten the document & re-do in Digisign or use Docusign, which has no problem handling the file.

If we try to reduce/compress the file size, Digisign garbles the document & mixes up the letters all over the place & becomes illegible.

Sometimes a document is sent from Digisign with changes made by the agent, Stephanie sees the changes & sends it to broker for signature, but the broker opens the document and cannot see the changes that were made.  After verifying with Stephanie that the changes actually were on the document sent, broker signs the document & then when Stephanie gets the document back it does display the changes & the broker signature.

Last week we had a listing contract that had a few changes made to the contract but it opened up fine for the broker, was signed & sent back to Stephanie.  She emailed the signed file to the board from the documents list & it said that it was successfully sent, however the board said they did not receive it.  Our agent was concerned so I wanted to assure her that it was sent so I sent the file to myself, and again, it said that it had successfully sent & the log showed the email etc… however it never arrived to my inbox. I sent it several times with the same results.  I sent myself several other documents which arrived in my inbox which arrived instantly, but the board files never arrived.

It is very concerning to us when Skyslope tells us a document was sent successfully, but never arrives at it’s destination.  These are serious problems that need addressing immediately.

Hi Christine,

Thank you for taking the time to send this feedback in. These issues are very concerning. I'm going to send you an email to see if I can get some more details from you about these issues, so we can dig into it further.
